James has been working in the travel industry for more than 25 years and he has owned and run several companies in the UK and Ireland including Mackenzie River Travel, Balmoral Travel, MacItalia and Cashel Travel since 2000. When not working he can be found salmon fishing in the Highlands or enjoying a pleasant glass of wine.
Marta's background is varied. She has worked as a teacher in Poland and attended university in Krakow. She joined Cashel Travel in 2003 initially in the accounts department and then was promoted steadily and finally became a director in 2010. She has travelled extensively throughout Europe and the South America on sales missions. Her role is to oversee the operations and quotations within Cashel Travel. She speaks Polish, English and Spanish. When not quoting groups she can be found studying architecture or taking long cycle rides.

Tatiana has over 18 years experience in Travel Industry & specialises in Sales, Business Development for both leisure and business travel. She posses a diverse and successful background in operations, project management and events coordination and speaks Italian, Spanish and Portuguese. She is passionate about customer services and always aims to exceed customers expectations. After work Tatiana enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and family, cooking new and exotic dishes & practising yogalates.
Originally from Poland, Monika found hospitality industry just by a chance during her university course in a completely different field. Over a decade later, having worked in several hotels and climbed the ladder from reception junior to revenue manager, she wanted to experience the other side of tourism and joined Cashel Travel in summer 2012. She is responsible for overseeing and supporting our group operations team. When not in the office, she can be found playing with her son and two Maine Coon cats, tucked away in a sofa corner with a book or working on a new craft project.
Originally from Milan, Giada has 17 years experience in the MICE industry. Her love of human connections and a desire for knowledge sent her worldwide as a tour leader to create a solid and concrete basis for a future travel managerial path. These characteristics have contributed greatly towards driving her career within the events areas of Sales, Planning and Operations up to 3000 delegates. Having lived in Austria, Australia and many parts of Italy for some years she fell in love with Scotland in 2013 and decided to leave everything and move here to start a new adventure. Her passions are travelling to remote areas in Asia, creating artistic connections in Edinburgh through private exhibitions, practicing yoga and writing.

Originally from Bulgaria, Maya first trained to be a nurse ..dramatic change of career. 15 years ago she came to visit friends in Edinburgh for a weekend and fell in love with the fairy tale city and has stayed ever since. After graduating from Stevenson College 10 years ago she entered the world of Tourism. As well as her native language and English, Maya also speaks Russian. When not working she loves to go exploring Edinburgh, the Highlands and finding hidden walks. She also likes ballroom dancing and shopping in her spare time.
