Overview (Brief / Objective):

The objective of this incentive programme was to reward the company’s pharmaceutical sales executives during their 5 days in Scotland. The exceptional financial results in 2018 were to be reflected in the exclusivity and creativity of our proposal.

How did we meet the objective/brief:

We exceeded our client’s goals by tailoring daily, luxury mini-programmes that guests choose from prior to and during the event.

Everyday was a celebration of the best that Scotland has to offer; from luxury transfers, unique venues, bespoke experiences, fabulous entertainment to gifts

We showcased the best of local culture, nature, design and creativity however our exceptional partnerships with each one of our suppliers was a huge contribution to the success of this US Incentive programme.

Outcome:

Our client, the end client and the guests were in awe from the second they set foot on Scottish soil. Every step of the way was planned with military precision but… with all live events flexibility was key; allowing us to roll with the changes.
