CANCELLATION POLICY
Once confirmed, notifications of cancellations or amendments must be received by us (Cashel Travel) at least 48 hours before arrival date or date to be cancelled, unless otherwise specified.
Failure to do so will result in a full charge for the first night of stay.
All cancellations must be received in writing and reconfirmed via fax or e-mail by Cashel Travel.
Special offer hotel prices are for a limited number of rooms, and for a limited period only. Your request does not guarantee availability.
The web site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Cashel Travel makes no representation and excludes any warranty, express or implied, as to the availability, quality, timeliness, performance or fitness for a particular purpose of any of the products or services available at Cashel Travel.
Please be aware that photographs of hotel rooms are only a description of the type of rooms on offer, and may not represent the actual room described.
PRICES AND PAYMENTS
All discounts are based on discount from full rate including VAT and are correct at time the offers are first advertised on the site.
Prices are advertised on a per person, per night basis and include VAT and breakfast unless otherwise stated.
All prices are expressed in Euro (€) and Stirling (£).
Valid credit card details ( Mastercard / Visa / American Express )are required in order to guarantee a reservation. Confirmation of the reservation, together with a receipt for the deposit will be provided by Cashel Travel to the user by fax, email or post (regular mail).
Cancellation terms are set by the hotels and vary from hotel to hotel. The publisher does not accept responsibility for cancellations regardless of the circumstances under which the cancellation is made.
If there are any changes to the details supplied by you, it is your responsibility to inform Cashel Travel as soon as possible.
OFFICE HOURS
Cashel Travel official hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.30 pm.
Messages received outside of these hours are not valid until the next working day.
