Managing Director I've been working in the travel industry for the last 25 plus years and I've owned and run several companies in the UK and Ireland including Mackenzie River Travel, Balmoral Travel, MacItalia and for the last 12 years Cashel Travel. Amongst the major events we have organised includes pre/post tours for the Gathering 2009 and a birthday party for 200 guests for Gari Korogosky a Ukrainian oligarch at Culzean Castle. When not working I can be found Salmon fishing in the Highlands or enjoying a pleasant glass of wine.
Director My background is varied. I've worked as a teacher in Poland and attended university in Krakow. I joined Cashel Travel in 2003 initially in the accounts department and then was promoted steadily and finally became a director in 2010.I've travelled extensively throughout Europe and the South America on sales missions.My main role is to oversee the operations and quotations within Cashel Travel. I speak Polish, English and Spanish. When not quoting groups I can be found studying architecture or taking long cycle rides.
Sales Manager for the Americas I have 21 years of experience in the travel industry in the US and Mexico which allow me to offer our trade clients insight on how to increase sales and help with the development of itineraries in the UK and Ireland. I also offer booking engine training for our partner’s staff.
I graduated from the Universidad Hispano Mexicana in Mexico City and I speak English, Spanish and French. During my career I have worked as a travel agent, both leisure and corporate, agency manager, regional sales manager for Rail Europe, national sales manager for EuroBound Tours in the USA and recently I held the position of travel trade and media relations manager in Mexico for VisitBritain, the national tourist office of England Scotland and Wales. My passion for travel and tourism has compelled me to work within the industry for so many years.

CHARLOTTE SOMMER
Business Development Manager I studied hospitality management and marketing and prior to working with Cashel Travel I worked in restaurants and hotel management. My main role within Cashel Travel is to quote and manage the operation of groups and individuals and I am also responsible for Human Resources.
My native language is French and I also speak basic Spanish and beginner Italian. WHen I am not in the office I enjoy travelling, hiking, trekking and most sports.
Operations Manager I completed my Masters Degree in Marketing and Management in Tourism. During university I worked as a tour guide and worked for a Tour Operator based in Poland, . After graduation I moved to UK in and got a job with a Scottish airline as a Product Analyst before moving on to Cashel Travel. My main role in Cashel Travel is supervising tour operations, organising and co-ordinating inbound group tours. I also organise stag and hen groups in Uk and Ireland. I speak fluent Polish and English, studied German and I'm currently learning Spanish. I love travelling, spending time with friends and family and good international cinema.
Groups Operations Supervisor I've worked in travel business for around 20 years as a travel consultant with marine travel, leisure and corporate travel and as a group travel consultant for outbound tour operator arranging group travelling all over the world. I've also worked as project manager arranging conferences, and events all over the world. main role is operating French series, French ad hoc groups and Norwegian groups. I am also developing the Norwegian market and trying to get more business from the North. I speak Scandinavian languages, and I've studied German, French and Spanish. When I'm not in the office I enjoy reading, walking and spending time with my family.

Accounts Supervisor I joined Cashel back in 2010 previously having worked mainly in the legal sector before obtaining formal qualifications in accounting. I juggle working with Cashel with being mum to my 6 year old daughter and catching the odd music festival in my spare time.

IRINA SINICKY
Operations Executive After graduating in Tourism in 2001 in my hometown, I started working in varied roles in the travel trade both in Argentina and England, such as an airport customer service assistant, tour guide, events organizer, Sabre ticketing officer, Operations Executive, etc.
My main role in Cashel is to make sure all the operational aspects of group or FIT bookings are running smoothly and promptly at all times. I'm also involved in the quotation side of bookings. With some basic command of Portuguese and Russian, I speak fluent Spanish and English.
I love sports, animals, travelling and meeting people from all around the world!
Contract Executive Having studied French at university, I mainly work on incentive programmes for our French clients and I do various translations for the company. As part of my degree, I spent a year in France teaching English in four primary schools and returned to Paris a year later to work on a hotel reception for the summer. I then moved to Australia for two years to travel and work. Last winter, I worked a ski season as a Rep for Ski France in the French Alps. I enjoy Irish dancing in my spare time with the dance company Absolutely Legless. At school I won a prize for Classics and Classical Guitar

BEATRICE SANTI
Operations Executive After graduation (in a totally different field) I started working for a hotel in Venice following reception routine and back office duties for 3 years. Then I decided to move to Scotland and met up with Cashel Travel. My main role is to follow groups once they are confirmed that they run smoothly but I also help my colleagues in doing quotations for new clients. I also helped in seeking new clients from the Italian market. I am a native Italian speaker but I can read and write French and Spanish too.
I enjoy living in the countryside for its peacefulness and whenever I can I love to go out for a walk in the woods or travel through Scotland. This year I hope I can finally go skiing up to the Cairngorms.

Contract Executive I worked for tourism in Greece for many years for a British company then ran a tourist office for incoming travel to Greece. My main role is group quotes for students. Then it's very hands on deck during the summer season!I speak Greek and a bit of French.
When I'm not in the office, I love to just head out and about with my Harley. I also enjoy socialising and going out for nice dinners!

VERONICA SOLDEVILLA
Operations Executive My background is varied. Before I came to Cashel Travel I have worked in a tour operator agency in Spain, a receptionist in a Business Hotel in France and back in Spain I worked as an English teacher for kids and as a receptionist in a 4* Hotel. My role at Cashel Travel is Operations executive, mostly booking French groups activities, hotels, restaurants, guides and transfers, etc. I also do some French / Spanish translations in the office.
I am a native Spanish speaker and I studied English and French as a part of my degree in Tourism. I enjoy socialising and travelling.

Group Operations Executive After having graduated in English Language, Literature and Civilisation, I taught English and French, my mother tongue, to adults and teenagers. I love to travel and I joined Cashel Travel, which gave me the opportunity to use my language skills while getting to know more about the travel industry.
My role here consists of helping organise the booking of hotels, meals and activities for French groups who come and visit Scotland. When I am not at work, I enjoy travelling, of course, but also cooking and doing arts

NICOLAS LOISEL
Operations Exec & Tour Manager Originally from Normandy, I hold a degree in English language and History as well as one in Communication Sciences. I have worked in libraries, bookshops and retail in France and here in Scotland, ever since I moved up to Edinburgh a couple of years ago.
Passionate about travel, language and cultural heritage, joining the Cashel Travel team in March 2012 has given me the opportunity to use my skills to the best to serve the company and succeed in the tourism industry. My role here consists in translating documents, helping my colleagues in quoting itineraries and sometimes accompanying our groups around Scotland.
In my spare time I am never without my SLR camera, or simply cooking a nice meal to share with my friends.

Design Manager My background is event management in festivals and events around Europe but my role now is ensuring Cashel Travel is presented effectively in print and on our websites. When I am not staring into a computer screen I enjoy painting, reading and playing guitar.
