Incentive London Weekend Example
Day 1
Clients arrive at the airport to be met by Italian speaking guides and transfer to hotel. Welcome drink and key distribution.
Transfer in red double decker London buses to restaurant, including one hour sightseeing.
Dinner in:
Just St. James – elegant restaurant and bar in an imposing building which used to be a bank, close to Piccadilly. Dinner in reserved area on mezzanine level. Modern European cuisine.
Or:
Dickens Inn - A tradional pub and restaurant at the heart of St. Katharine's Dock, which was formerly the centre of the Port of London. It was described by one critic as 'The most atmospheric spot in the whole of London.
Return transfer to hotel in normal coach.
Overnight in London 4 star hotel.
Day 2
English breakfast. Full day London visit, including entrance to Tower of London and the crown jewels and a trip on the BA London eye to enjoy panoramic views over the city.
The London eye can be combined with a lunch cruise in an exclusive package which includes champagne and canapés on the London eye and a 3 hour river cruise afterwards with 4 course lunch.
Alternatively we could take clients to lunch in:
Number 5 Cavendish Square - a beautiful old townhouse and one of hte most fashionable restaurants in London. Modern European food.
Harrods - the Georgian restaurant on the 4th floor has a very good and extensive buffet at lunchtime
Gala dinner - some suggestions:
Great hall Lincolns Inn - a really wonderful Tudor revival building which is part of the ‘inns of court’ - where the most established lawyer’s practices have their offices.
Fanfare trumpeters as clients go into dinner. Another traditional touch for your London incentive is the ‘Toastmaster’ who always presides over official banquets here. He is dressed in traditional long red jacket, and will announce dinner, and at the end propose a toast to the queen. A classical trio playing during dinner. There is also room for dancing if required.

One Great George Street - this magnificent four-domed Edwardian building is the headquarters of the Institute Of Civil Engineers.
Entertainment:
The Three Tenors – these are classically trained singers who dress as waiters and mingle with the staff serving at tables at the beginning of the meal. Suddenly one of them will burst into song and the others will join in. They sing for 10 minutes or so at the beginning of the meal and another 15 minutes at the end. They can sing really any type of music client requires but usually it would be a mixture of opera and classic popular songs.
Illusionist – table top magic; the illusionist moves from table to table. A great ice breaker for the clients.
Dance demonstration - can be tango, salsa, waltz, whatever the client prefers. Dancers (2) would be in appropriate costume for the dance, and would encourage the clients to try.
Musicians – eg. jazz band, Glen Miller style ‘String Of Pearls’ band, classical trio.

Day 3
English breakfast. Transfers to airport.
