Against the majestic backdrop of Edinburgh Castle, the world-renowned Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo will gather an amazing programme for Scotland’s sensational 62nd Edinburgh Tattoo in August 2012.  

The line up of nearly 1000 performers includes hundreds of musicians, piper, drummers, singers and dancers. As ever the emphasis is on sheer scale, colourful tradition and of course the music.

Pipe bands and performers will be coming from Australia, Canada, South Africa and New Zealand and featured this year will be one of the World’s most sensational percussion groups: Switzerland’s ‘Top Secret Drum Corps’.

Also there will be the unforgettable music of the Massed Pipes and Drums and the Massed Military Bands and much more.
