Cashel Travel was founded in 2000 to provide a highly professional service to both the travel trade and individuals. We have offices in London and Edinburgh and Dublin and we provide services throughout the UK & Ireland.

We specialise in incentive programmes and conference services, group tour travel and weekend breaks for individuals. We can arrange staff incentives, sales incentives, corporate incentives and team building for all your business incentive needs. We are experts at providing bespoke conference services, including locating the right conference venue and conference rooms for conference organisers thoughout Europe and UK. We also arrange escorted group tours of England, Ireland and Scotland and special interest tours such as Scottish clan tours, whisky tours of Scotland and church tours of Ireland. We further organise stag & hen weekends and special event breaks including the Edinburgh Military Tattoo. We can book hotels, coaches, travel guides, car hire and even plan itineraries for groups traveling to Ireland, Scotland and England. We offer fly and drive packages throughout the UK and Ireland.

The Gathering 2009

Cashel Travel is proud to be an official supplier for The Gathering 2009 in Edinburgh. We can offer exclusively Edinburgh city centre accommodation for this historic event as well as sightseeing tours of Scotland, Clan related special events and everything you need to ensure your visit to Scotland is unforgettable. The Gathering 2009 is an international clan gathering and the largest highland games ever held in Scotland. It will be one of the key events of Homecoming Scotland, a year-long celebration of our nation's rich historic past and exciting future. It will run over the weekend of 25th and 26th July 2009 - aiming to be the largest Clan Gathering ever!

Stag Weekends In Ireland and Hen Weekends in Ireland

What are Stags and Hens? A stag night is a party for a bridegroom; traditionally given for a man on the night before his wedding day and is usually attended only by men. A hen night is the equivalent party for the bride, usually attended only by women. In recent years this tradition has developed into a weekend break with the bride/groom travelling with a group of friends to enjoy a weekend of activities and partying. Cashel Travel is the largest stag weekend and hen weekend organiser in Ireland, organising weekends in Dublin, Cork, Kilkenny, Belfast and Galway.

The Edinburgh Military Tattoo

Against the majestic backdrop of Edinburgh Castle, the world-renowned Edinburgh Military Tattoo will gather an amazing programme for Scotland’s sensational 59th Edinburgh Tattoo in August 2008. Cashel Travel are offering Edinburgh Tattoo tickets and city centre accommodation for every evening. In previous years packages have sold out very quickly and we suggest you book early to avoid disappointment. The Edinburgh Tattoo runs from the 1st to 23rd August in 2008. We are also accepting deposit bookings for the Edinburgh Military Tattoo performances in 2009 here.

Clan Tours Of Scotland

Cashel Travel is a specialist in Scottish Clan Gatherings and tour arrangements for Clan groups. We will research the history of the Clan and organise an itinerary accordingly. Visits are arranged to places of interest to the Clan including to places not normally open to the public we will research locally and obtain permission for private visits, many times the group are entertained by the Clan chief. We can arrange special interest lectures and ceildh evenings, hire a venue for Clan AGM’s or whatever the requirements are. For several Clans we have organised civic receptions in towns associated with the Clan.

Hogmanay in Edinburgh and New Year Celebrations in Dublin

Edinburgh's Hogmanay Party is the largest event of its kind in the world. Over 100,000 people enjoyed the street party, concerts and fireworks. Add to this the thousands who took part in the torchlight procession, the night afore Monster Ceilidh and New Years Day events and you can see why Edinburgh is such an amazing place to celebrate Hogmanay! Dublin too is a wonderful place to see in the new year. One of the friendliest cities in the world, expect Dublin to extend a warm welcome and offer some unforgettable events for the new year.
